Doctor Who Vs. Endeavour, Series 4

Shaun Evans returned as Colin Dexter's Oxford City CID detective, DC Endeavour 
Morse, and was again joined by Roger Allam
(as DI Fred Thursday), Anton Lesser (Super-intendent Reginald Bright), Sean Rigby (DS 
Jim Strange), James Bradshaw (Dr. Max DeBryn), Dakota Blue Richards (WPC 
Shirley Trewlove), Caroline O'Neill (Win), 
and Abigail Thaw (Dorothea Frazil).

prequel drama (now set in the summer of 
1967 and twenty years before the events 
of The Dead of Jericho) was scheduled 
against the new series of Sherlock in

run on ITV3 last night, and featured

  • Sarah Winter (Jo) depicted Delia Derbyshire in An Adventure in Space and Time
  • David Yelland (West) voiced Walter Pritchett for Doom Coalition: The Red Lady (BF, 2015) 
  • Shvorne Marks (Monica) voiced Ampz for The New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield: The Unbound Universe (BF, 2016), and Silo Crook for The Lives of Captain Jack (BF, 2017)
Harvest (UK TX: January 29)
  • John Thaw's widow Sheila Hancock (Dowsable) was Helen A in The Happiness Patrol
  • Natalie Burt (Alison) voiced Dr. Sally Armstrong for the Dark Eyes series
  • Sam Hoare (Dr. Berger) portrayed Douglas Camfield in  An Adventure in Space and Time, and voiced Lucius for Serpent Crest: Tsar Wars (AudioGo, 2011)
  • Jonathan Farmer was first assistant director on Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS too
  • Adam Sculthorpe (aerial camera operator) was the stereo supervisor on The Day of the Doctor
  • Richard Rowntree also provided additional greens for forty-one stories (from The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe to The Husbands of River Song)
