Doctor Who Vs. Manhunt, Series 2

This drama is based on the true story
of the police investigation of a series of
rapes, sexual assaults and burglaries
that took place in South East London
between 1992 and 2009.
Martin Clunes again portrayed DCI Colin
Sutton, now assigned to review Operation
Minstead - the seventeen year hunt for a
serial sex offender, dubbed the Night Stalker.
Delroy Grant (suspected of over a hundred
offences) was finally apprehended and
convicted in March 2011.
A repeat run of the thriller (originally shown
over four consecutive nights in September
2021) began on ITV3 last night - it featured seventeen Doctor Who cast/crew connections:
