Doctor Who Vs. Endeavour, Series 2

Shaun Evans returned as the
Oxford-based novice detective
Morse, and was again joined
by Roger Allam, Anton Lesser,
Jack Laskey, James Bradshaw,
Sean Rigby, and Sara Vickers
for the second season of 
Mammoth's period drama.
As was traditional with sequel
series, Inspector Morse (1987
to 2000), crime writer Colin
Dexter (1930-2017) made
cameo appearances in every
case, Abigail Thaw (daughter
of John Thaw) again starred
here. A repeat run of the four
cases (originally shown in the spring of 2014) concluded on ITV3 today
it featured a total of twenty-nine Doctor Who cast and crew connections:
