Bros in 2001, the first entry in the
eight-part saga starred a stellar
British cast led by Richard Harris
(as Dumbledore), Alan Rickman
(Snape), Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid),
Maggie Smith (McGonagall), Julie
Walters (Molly), Richard Griffiths,
and Fiona Shaw (the Dursleys).
Based on Joanne Rowling's first
published work, the adventure
(marketed in America as The
Sorcerer's Stone) also featured
