Based on characters
created by author Val
McDermid, this dark
crime drama returned
to ITV in the summer
of 2007. Named after
her 1997 novel, this
penultimate series
comprised original
screenplays. The Tyne
Tees TV and co-prod-

work of profiler Dr. Tony Hill, portrayed by Robson Green.
