ITV2's latest Harry Potter film season con-

tinued tonight with the second entry in the

decade-long saga.

Richard Harris made his final appearance as

Dumbledore - the Irish actor died just the

week before the film was released in late

2002. Mark Williams, Jason Issacs, Kenneth

Branagh, Miriam Margolyes, Robert Hardy,

and Shirley Henderson were all introduced

here as Arthur Weasley, Lucius Malfoy,

Lockhart, Sprout, Fudge, and Moaning

Myrtle respectively.

Published in 1998, JK Rowling's second novel

was adapted by Warner Bros - it featured

David Bradley, and seventeen Doctor Who

cast connections:

• Toby Jones (voice of Dobby here & The Deathly Hallows) was the Dream Lord in Amy's Choice, and voiced Kotris for Big Finish's Dark Eyes (2012)
• Jim Norton (Mason) voiced Major Thomas Kennet for Scream of the Shalka
• Williams played Brian Williams in Dinosaurs on a Spaceship and The Power of Three, and voiced Maxwell Edison for The Eternal Summer (2009)
• Margolyes voiced Leaf Apple Glyn Blathereen for The Sarah Jane Adventures: The Gift, and Frau Tod for The Beast of Orlok (2009), then was cast in The Star Beast
