Doctor Who Vs. The Empire Strikes Back

The Star Wars franchise continued
in 1980 with this adventure (known
canonically as Episode V), and was
followed by Return of the Jedi
(1983). prequel trilogy (Episodes
I-III) was then released from 1999.
After the saga's creator, George
Lucas, sold Lucasfilm production
 company to Disney in 2012, a
sequel trilogy began with Episode
VII in 2015.
Here, the large ensemble cast was
again led by Mark Hamill, Harrison
Ford, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew, Anthony Daniels, Kenny Baker, and
Alec Guinness.
Shown on ITV2 tonight, the film also featured Frank Oz (the voice of Yoda), Billy Dee Williams, and another twenty-nine Doctor Who cast and crew connections:
